Includes tool necessary to properly counter the rotation of the crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer during R & R of crankbolt. Secures the pulley in place not allowing it to rotate during removal and reinstallation of crank bolt. Tool head passes through tight areas and onto the center slot on the pulley. After the tool head is into proper position the secure bar can be easily attached to the head.
